Guests can choose the "Comfort +" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes: Beds made up for arrival. Two sets of bathroom linen per person left in the apartment. DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. The reception is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 at Saturdays, and from 10:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 Sunday to Friday. The reception is closed at Wednesdays. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
